Our personalized products are meticulously crafted to be free of manufacturing errors or defects. In the rare instance of a quality issue, you may be allowed to return your order in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt exchange or an immediate full refund. Please note that personalized items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All requests for refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We strive to ensure your order is tailored to your preferences. We acknowledge that mistakes happen, so we encourage you to carefully review your personalization information before placing your order. Double-check spelling, dates, and names. If you have any questions about personalization, feel free to reach out to us at support@joyfulfindsgifts.com before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes, as it promptly enters production. Please be aware that joyfulfindsgifts.com reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion if they are deemed inappropriate for language, content, or material.

During the holiday season when we're extremely busy, we strive to guarantee timely delivery of your gifts. However, circumstances beyond our control may lead to a slight delay in delivery. Regrettably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting joyfulfindsgifts.com or our carriers. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
